1. Not a Medical Device and Not Medical Advice
The App provides consumer health information for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device. It does not provide a medical diagnosis, does not offer assisted diagnosis, does not prescribe or recommend treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The App helps you understand the text of medical reports that you upload. It does not establish a doctor–patient relationship and is not a clinical decision‑making tool.
2. Interpretations Are AI‑Generated and May Be Incorrect
- All interpretations, summaries, glossaries, and images are generated by artificial intelligence (AI) and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong.
- Interpretations are phrased as informational guidance (for example, "this may indicate…", "consider consulting a doctor"), never as a confirmed diagnosis.
- AI‑generated body diagrams are schematic illustrations for understanding only — they are not real medical images, are not anatomically exact, and are not a basis for diagnosis.
- The App does not measure, infer, or claim to measure any vital sign (such as blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose, or blood oxygen) using your device's sensors.
3. Always Consult a Qualified Professional
Always check with a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decision, and in addition to using the App. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read in the App. Only a licensed clinician who has examined you can diagnose your condition or recommend treatment.
4. Emergencies
The App is not for emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately (for example, 911 in the US, 112 in the EU) or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not rely on the App in any situation that may require urgent care.
5. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any interpretation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision made, or action taken or not taken, in reliance on the App.
